Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital goods, services, and client commissioned custom pieces are unilaterally exempt from return eligibility.
Gift cards are also non-refundable, however, we are happy to help you transfer these credits to a friend as a gift.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
If there is a serious flaw or manufacturers error with the product or item that you have purchased, you are eligible for a return and refund even beyond the standard return period, as long as you have the following ready to start the return:
Photos of issues/damage/flaws with a timestamp matching the delivery date.
Original receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer Account. This account can be made post-purchase, we need it in order to process your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded but may be eligible for store credit with proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
For all returns, you are required to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Violation of Terms
Please do not send your purchase back without being approved for a return or refund. Do not ship anything to the Ship From address on its package, as it will be denied and you will be automatically charged for shipping, and fees incurred, including but not limited to, a 35% Restocking Fee, a 20% Handling Fee, and any applicable taxes in both your state and the state the shipment originated in.
If you do not follow the steps outlines above, which are required for an eligible or accepted return, any actions that you take may result in the following repercussions: The immediate suspension of your customer account. Name, email, and address being banned from future drops, releases, and events.
